At Chartley Lodge, our bond extends beyond the lodge room with a variety of social events throughout the year. Whether it’s beach days, watching the rugby, caving adventures, competitive darts and pool nights, or relaxed house gatherings, there’s something for everyone. These events bring together brethren, family, and friends in a fun and welcoming atmosphere, strengthening our connections and creating lasting memories.

Breakfast
2nd Sunday of the Month

Join us for a relaxed Sunday breakfast at Wetherspoons, where friends, family, and children are all welcome. It’s the perfect way to start the day—great food, good conversation, and a warm, friendly atmosphere. Whether you’re a regular or just fancy a catch-up over a full English, we’d love to see you there!

Pints & Natter
3rd Friday of the Month

A laid-back evening at The Shrewsbury Arms, where lodge members, wives, friends, and mature family members gather for a few pints, a friendly game of darts, and some good conversation. It’s the perfect chance to unwind, share a laugh, and enjoy great company in a relaxed setting.

Clay Pigeon Morning
3rd Saturday of the Month

Our Clay Pigeon Shooting Mornings at Oakridge Shooting Ground are all about bonding and teamwork—not necessarily accuracy! Fondly known as the Clay Pigeon Conservation Society (since we miss more than we hit), we focus on having fun, improving our aim (hopefully), and enjoying the camaraderie of the lodge. Whether you’re a seasoned shot or a first-timer, you’re welcome to join us!

Impromptu Lodge Visits

Freemasonry is a global brotherhood, and we love to embrace it! Our Impromptu Lodge Visits take us to lodges near, far, and even overseas, where we engage in the Craft, experience different traditions, and meet new brethren along the way. Whether it’s a planned trip or a last-minute adventure, these visits strengthen our bonds, broaden our Masonic journey, and create lifelong friendships. Join us as we take the spirit of Chartley Lodge beyond our own walls!
